Only individuals listed as named insured's on our Insurance contracts or quotes have access to the information pertaining to those policy(s). You may access your personal information by contacting Insuramix at 587-520-7080. We may require the following information to confirm your identity. They are as follows:
1. Contact Information such as (Name, Address, phone number(s) and email)
2. Type of Policies and we may require you to provide policy numbers.
Keeping your information up to date:
Insuramix has provided access to clients via our on-line Kiosk. Kiosk allows you to view documents, obtain pink cards and make requests. Valid email address(s) that have been supplied by the Name(s) Insured is what is used to access your Personal Insurance information. Should we not have a valid email address then access to the Kiosk will be unattainable.

As email address(s) are used to validate access into our site, Insuramix Insurance Inc. accepts no responsibility or liability should you share your email with another user. To access Kiosk a valid email is required. You are then provided an access code to validate that you are attempting to access your information on-line. This access code is intended for the Name(s) Insured on the policy ONLY. Sharing of this information with individuals is prohibited. Insuramix Insurance Inc in no event shall be held liable for any direct or indirect privacy breaches if this information is shared beyond those individuals noted as Name(s) insured on a policy or a quote.

You have the right to access your personal information subject to our control and right of refusal. If you are requesting information to access your file, we may charge a fee to sending or copying the information from your file.
